Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Items must be sent back in their original condition and with full insurance coverage. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, including for freight shipments.

Please be aware that pottery and fragile items are often not covered by standard courier insurance. We cannot refund damage or loss that occurs during return shipping.
