Domestic Shipping
Shipping costs within the Netherlands depend on the size, weight and destination of your order. Exact rates will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping
For international orders, shipping is arranged on a case-by-case basis.
Please send us an email or message with the items you're interested in, and we’ll request a quote from our carrier. You’ll hear back from us as soon as possible with the details and costs.

Order Processing & Timelines

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

Most orders are shipped within 5–7 business days after purchase.

Deliveries are made on business days only (no weekends or holidays).

All shipments include a tracking number.

We are not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by third-party carriers (e.g. DHL). Please ensure your delivery address is complete, correct, and accessible.
